Make My Label Now's Policies
Once you start working with us, know that you’ve signed up for a professional new look for your brand along with complete and total satisfaction. With Make My Label, you’ll beat market prices and receive that individualized attention and patience from your own personal graphic designer. We’re here to provide you with a risk free and hassle free experience, so your visions can come to life.
Refund Policy:
If you decide to go another route and not use Make My Label Now’s designs, we understand. Unfortunately, deposits are nonrefundable. A partial refund may be considered in case-by-case special circumstances. Special circumstances are determined by the owners of Make My Label Now. Refunds are not available for closed or finalized projects.
Lead Time:

Initial Custom Drafts: 3-6 business days.

Edits / Revisions (9 labels or less): 1-3 business days.

Edits / Revision (10+ labels): 2-4 business days. *Typically will be sent in batches.
Once the initial payment or deposit is received, your rough drafts will be created within 3-6 days or less. Edits moving forward are typically completed within 1-3 days, depending on the revision needed. Your designer will communicate any timeline changes during the design process if your project requires additional time.
Rush fees are available if you are working on a tight timeline.
Rush fees START at $100.
Price depends on the project and turnaround time required.
Project Policies & Procedure:
Our flat rate system allows us to avoid charging hourly and ensure we can edit your designs with you back and forth until every detail is perfect! This way you don't have to worry about an hourly fee adding up.

The price per project depends on what you are designing and how much work needs to be done. Additional final file types requested may also affect the price of the project. By avoiding charging by the hour, we can also help cut down the cost for larger projects working on various designs.

We accept EFT payments, Zelle, Venmo and PayPal. We do not currently accept debit or credit cards of any kind.

New Customers: Please do not pay your invoice in full unless otherwise stated. This will not speed up your lead time. Rush fees are available if you are working on a tight schedule. *See Lead Time above.

Once you submit your initial payment/deposit,

Additional labels cannot be added to an invoice 48 hours after deposit/payment is received.

Any additional templates added after this time will incur an additional fee.

All projects must be paid in full within 45 days of your start date. If you are not ready to finalize your labels at that point, remaining edits will NOT incur an additional charge. We will, however, require written confirmation that all labels are finalized for the project to be closed.

Once a project is paid in full and closed, any additional edits or changes will be charged accordingly.

Edits to existing labels or designs from closed projects are priced accordingly, based on the files provided.

Non-Vector Files (PNG and JPG files) of lower resolution are subject to an editing fee, depending on the file provided.

Referrals and/or discounts are available for those eligible. Discounts can not be combined or used twice.
A 3.7% service fee is added to every project.
Liability Policy:
You are responsible for all information, images, claims, etc. of your product, label, logo, website and/or design. We simply make the art come to life. It is your responsibility to ensure all claims on your logos, labels, websites, and designs are legal and compliant. Make My Label Now is not responsible for the claims, spelling and/or information on your label. Make My Label Now is only responsible for ensuring your art is designed exactly the way you want it to look.
Until your invoice is paid in full and project closed, all artwork and designs are under the rightful ownership of Make My Label Now. The only exception to this is if you provide your pre-existing designs or logos that were not designed by Make My Label Now. Source files may be available upon request for an additional charge.
